Choose a soup or salad, entrée and dessert. Here are some of Chef Fabula's creations: Hot n' sour coconut soup with shitake mushroom and shrimp, Scallops with edamame puree and smoked shitake-corn ragout, Pan roasted filet mignon with artichoke gratin and coconut crème brulee.

Lunch Plated

Single plate selections from offerings such as California muffelatta, Salmon with thai salad, American Kobe burger and pomegranate-chili glazed quail.

Royal Dinner Buffet

Choose your salad, entrée, starch, vegetable and dessert from the royal buffet option with selections such as Korean braised short ribs, prawns and scallops, filet mignon and green tea cheesecake.
$45 per person.

Dinner Buffet

Choose your salad, entrée, starch, vegetable and dessert. Menu selections include kalua pig puffs and cabbage, mac-nut crusted organic chicken breast and shrimp crusted salmon.
$30 per person.

Lunch Buffet

Choose one salad, entrée and light dessert from dishes like sesame caesar, shoyu-ginger chicken, Potato Crusted Salmon and seasonal sorbets.
$25 per person.

Hors d'Oeuvres

Choose from passed and buffet selections of hors d'oeuvres such as, hamachi tartar, crab cakes, ahi poke, baked brie, kalua pig lumpias, assortment of maki sushi, unique cheeses and more.
